Homeless Housing ServicesCILO offers assistance to individuals with disabilities and their families who are homeless to secure permanent housing. We can help you establish eligibility to obtain subsidized housing, Section 8 housing, and other applicable housing programs. In addition, CILO's Permanent Housing Program provides limited deposit assistance and rental subsidies. Our Homeless Housing Services are tailored to meet the individual needs of each participant or family. We also offer workshops on “Tenant Rights” and “How to Be a Good Tenant” to help increase the likelihood of maintaining a permanent home.
